This conical mixer from Heilig Mixing Technology has a useful capacity of 2800 liters and is internally constructed in stainless steel 316. The mixer is suitable for powders that carry the risk of dust explosion, such as dextrose, flour, sugar or certain polymers.

It is designed in such a way that, when used correctly, dust explosions cannot occur. Furthermore, the mixer is equipped with various connections for the supply of the product to be mixed and is suitable for internal wet cleaning. The mixer is also equipped with two outlets – one sideways and one at the bottom – plus a connection for sample products and a swing arm positioner. The segmented ball valve connected to the flange on the bottom of the conical vessel ensures that the mixer empties without residual product remaining. The machine has been assessed and approved by a Notified Body for use in an ATEX Zone20 environment. Delivery time of our mixers can be as quick as 6 weeks.
