Our conical mixer increases capacity Fromatech Ingredients B.V.

With more than 25 years of experience in the international food and beverage industry, Fromatech Ingredients B.V. faced one of the major challenges of a growing company. The flexibility and capacity proved to be too tight for the current production. The current mixers are maintained annually by Heilig Mixing Technology and are therefore a good basis for the current capacity. For scaling up the machinery they have asked Heilig Mixing Technology to build a new conical mixer.

Improve flexibility and changeover times

Fromatech Ingredients B.V. especially wanted to improve the flexibility by using a conical mixer. The newly designed conical mixer creates extra capacity by processing a larger volume in a shorter time. The mixer that was delivered also improves efficiency in changeover times for the different types of products that Fromatech makes.

Teamwork

Michel de Jong, Chief Operating Officer at Fromatech Ingredients B.V talks about their selection process. „From the beginning of our collaboration with Heilig Mixing Technology and their team, we made sure that the components needed to create a production unit were clear in detail.
